Vetwest Ellenbrook contacted us to fit out their brand new space at the Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre.
The Challenge
The new space that Vetwest was going to occupy was in the newly built Ellenbrook Centre Shopping Centre and is surrounded by a string of other shops. Due to the number of stores within the nearby proximity, there were a number of specific rules and regulations that needed to be abided whilst completing the fit out.
A number site meetings were held with the owners of the shopping centre, Vetwest and our Perth Citi Fitout team to ensure that all parties needs were met in an efficient and timely manner. One of the main criteria set by VetWest was to make sure that VetWest branding was prominent and consistent with the existing branding of other VetWest locations around WA.
The Solution
In order to undertake this project, the first important process was to obtain all the required building approvals from the City of Swan and Shopping Centre owners to begin the construction & fitout process. After all the necessary approvals were granted, the fitout process was underway. The main scope of work for the VetWest fitout process included:
o New partition walls & ceilings for new proposed layout
o New lighting
o New plumbing
o New mechanicals
o Installation of custom made joinery
Ultimately our team at Perth Citi Fitout was able to complete the 280m2 Vetwest fitout both within time (7 weeks completion) and budget.
